22. Monday Vendor Fair Info:
    • The traditional NSL Vendor Fair is held June through September during the Unity in Community events only. Food Trucks will continue to serve every Monday night.
    • Time: 5:00 pm to dusk
    • Location: Legacy Park: 1140 W 1100 N, NSL, UT 84054
    • Set-up is handled on a first-come; first-served basis. Vendors provide their own pop up, display tables and chairs.
    • Vendor Fair full season registration fee: $50
    • Fee includes participation in the 2026 Liberty Fest events at Legacy Park June 27, 2026. No additional fee required, but vendors are asked to donate a $30-50 value prize for the raffle. There is NO FEE for Kids under 15 participating in the Kids Market at Liberty Fest.

24. One-time Special Event Vendors:
    • Vendors chosen to participate in one-time special City events will be contacted by the event coordinator responsible for that event. 
    • Location within the City may vary depending on event.
    • One-time vendor fee for special events: $35 (subject to change based on current fee schedule)
    • Non-profit and other service-oriented vendors may not be required to pay a fee, based on event and City guidelines.
    • *If you selected the "Kids Market at Liberty Fest" option, this is for youth under 15 years of age ONLY.
26. LIABILITY WAIVER - Please read.

    By submitting this application, the signed party agrees to release the City of north salt lake, its employees, volunteers and agents from any and all personal, group, and/or liability which may directly or indirectly result from the conduct of business, activity or function while taking part in City of north salt lake public events as a vendor and/or exhibitor. The period of liability release shall extend from activity set-up until take down of the event and removal of all property and personnel belonging to, or associated with, the business, activity or function of the event.
